Don’t count on getting a response from them, even with their so-called customer support. The website offers scant details about the company, leaving me feeling like I got duped for being an early user. Having only used LOVO twice before running into issues, I can say it’s not worth it and a complete waste of time and cash.

You really can't rely on this company or their software. They just erase voices out of the blue, no explanations or apologies given. Seriously, stay away, don’t make a purchase, and don’t gamble with your time on a voice that might just vanish. The utter disregard for customers who have ongoing creative projects is shocking and shows they don’t get their own service. It’s downright terrible and suggests this company is headed for failure. Turning loyal customers into frustrated ones is not how a business should operate! My experience here has completely changed how I view TTS.
